Students who are studying this month at a private university will pay between 4% and 10% over the previous year.

These increases were approved by the National Council of Higher Education Private University (Conesup), to the requests made by the study centers.

To have these additional resources, universities must demonstrate that they will invest in infrastructure, equipment, materials and payment of teachers.

In addition, students must verify information about the University before enrolling, for example, make sure they are authorized to increase the cost.

For example, the Hispanoamericana University increased the costs of the courses by 8%, from ¢ 67,000 to ¢ 73,000 since they are authorized to do it.
